Adventure Rider Magazine Off Road Training

Adventure Rider Magazine – Off Road Riding Schools, with Miles Davis

Would you benefit from increased riding skills, especially when conditions get challenging? Adventure Riding Magazine in conjunction with “How to” contributor, Miles Davis and Motodevelopment will be offering a small number of training courses on the east coast in the coming months (maybe WA later in the year).

Courses are open to riders on all brands of adventure bike, they are lots of fun and are guaranteed to boost your skills and confidence.

The program is designed to suit a wide range of abilities, from novices through to experienced riders. The curriculum is proven, based on a program that has been running for over 15 years. Miles has been riding for 40 years and has close to 20 years’ experience as an off road riding instructor. As reported in the magazine, he put all of his skills to the test by being the first bike of 1000cc to finish the gruelling Finke Desert Race on a BMW R 1200 GS Rallye X in 2017.

The 2 day course includes lunch and refreshments and T-shirt for $695.

Topics covered include:
Body position for off road riding
Throttle/clutch control
Line selection
Sand riding technique covered, but not all venues have sandy terrain for practical exercises.
Bike set up and electronics
